Hi All,
I wanted to Thank the Chandoo community for all their knowledge and wisdom,
I have been given data to put into an excelsheet to provide better reading/calculation

Question 1: what is the best approach to allow excel to calculate these data neatly?

I have used tables in all cases ; I suggest you learn first about this feature in Excel.

The formulae are somewhat more complex , and you can learn about them later.

Thank you so much. I will take your advice, excel seems so basic in plain view and yet so complicated. I plan to do a data validation list for names
