I dont know why but it is happening VLOOKUP not working.

The problem is that the lookup values are exactly the same. Have a look at your file. I used INDEX Match and rounded the values. Note A7 and I12. When formatted as time both display 22:00 but as you can see the values aren't the same.

Hi Bhawani,

I think Column formating issue, i have just Done "Text to Column" for both Time columns and formated your time cells as
Coustom-------[h]:mm

and its working...
