Vlookup in multiple sheets

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum as well as excel, i need your help in my excel...i hav attched my work book for reference. In that in first sheet i have stock, from second sheet i have issue list, so from the stock issue will subtract and show. I have used vlookup to search the name and stock value. Up to third sheet i have created the formula, after 4th sheet i tried to create vlookup from all previous sheets, but failed...pls help me out in this, i need vlookup formula for more sheets, it shud lookup all previous sheets and take the value from last occurred sheet..

Your question was not clear...

In Main sheet you have output stock for only one value
BARCODE MATERIAL NAME O.STOCK
890739205001 GYMENIMA DRY LEAF 100

Sheet1 you want lookup based on bar code. Is right?

If it is right then there is not bar code in SHEET1

Kindly clarify and upload excel with what is exact output you required .... Am interested to solve your query....

It was my mistake only, now i have reattached the file, in that file in "main" sheet i have 10 materials with opening and current stock. In any sheet, in the column A, if I type the barcode then the name, store stock(it is current stock from "main" sheet) and remaining should come. so remaining stock is main thing i want to extract from all sheets. Ex: in "sheet 2", I dint use the barcode, then for the "sheet 3"- remaining stock should be from sheet 1 remaining value. In my case some time in all sheets i wont use the all barcodes. If i am using one barcode in "sheet 4" means then it should take the latest sheet value as remaining, in previous sheet ther is no value means it should take the value from "main" sheet. upto sheet 3 i have created the formula and it works fine, after sheet 4, i need formula upto "N" no of sheets. Hope it is clear...thanks in advance...
