Vlookup help please

can some one please explain as to why i still get the N/A come up when i feel that i have entered the correct paramters for this formula.


the lookup is in D8 for the phone number

thank you Suresh but why change the complete Client list???? And why the drop down Menu ? the drop down menu deosnt work as why add it this is not what i asked for all i wanted was an explanation as to why my formula woudnt work.

You were looking up C8 (i.e. the actual text "Phone No:") as "Phone No:" was not in the lookup range it returns #N/A
