Have You refer Your formulas with Vlookup's syntax?
=VLOOKUP(What you want to look up, where you want to look for it, the column number in the range containing the value to return, return an Approximate or Exact match – indicated as 1/TRUE, or 0/FALSE).
  1. The value you want to look up, also called the lookup value.
  2. Your where you want to look for it ... could it be a fixed range?
Please, edit Your #1 text as You've asked.

Dear sir,

Thanks for your continuous support,

I have created a report with machine types wise Machine working production hours details. In this, I will tell you in detail.

Each machine works only for 11 hours a day. That's why I have created this report using a macro so that I will know which machines (Each Machine No.) have how many days of works load.

And I created a new sheet in the same excel file for all machine no’s and also plotted a VLOOKUP formula.

But right now, this problem is coming in the report that if I select any machine no (B-008 ) and update its continuous production time/ working hour then VLOOKUP is working well and give the proper Job Start date and End date.

But once I change machine no ( B-023, B-024 & B-025 )after that again repeat the same machine no ( B-008), thereafter no values and entry shows in the V & W columns.( Job start date and end date)

This is the problem and please solve this query.

Please note, once you update any value in production time hours (U column) please click on refresh on Summary 1 sheet.
