I want to fetch all values in second sheet using vlookup, but I am unable to do this, how will it possible (pls keep in mind that both sheets are from different workbooks)

Doing Vlookup using two workbooks, should not be a problem.

I assume your parent data is in book1 and your lookp up value (dates) is in book2.
