Vlookup from columns to row

I have 2 files; one has volume data by invoice month setup in rows. The other file contains the net price setup in columns.
I want to bring the net price into the volume file based on product/contract/invoice month.
How?

Many roads lead to Rome as they say. Depending of your version of Excel more options migh be available.
You could load both tables in a data model (power pivot), or import via Power Query - my preference - and join (merge) both, use a macro, formulae...
Is it a one shot?

You can use PQ to do the import AND the merge - no need for macros.
