First get rid of merged cells D3,E3 and F3 and put your value in D3 only
Your values in col A sheet 1 are text, that in sheet 2 D3 is a number
You can try something like=VLOOKUP(TEXT($D$3,"#####"),Sheet1!$A$1:$AC$5555,13,0) to find your values

Stay away form merged cells, worst feature Excel has. Instead try " center across selection" to format and have the same effect
