Could someone kindly assist me in developing a formula that would help pick the values from Dec 2013 YTD sheet.

It should also pick up column A that has countries as this spread sheet has about 2,000 lines and 40 different countries.

Will the structure of the tab Dec 2013 YTD be the same for all countries ? i.e. will each country have 8 rows of data after the country name ?

Hi, well @NARAYANK991 Sir had given you a very brilliant soultion. I also came with my version. I uses INDEX & MATCH. Since, your table for each country has same structure of 9 Rows x 5 Columns, I constructed dynamic array inside Index function to get results. If you continue using this structure I think it will give you correct result as well.
