Vlookup and If condition

Hie All,

I would be glad if i can get a solution to my problem in performing a vlookup function.
I have got 2 work sheets as u see in the attachment. First Sheet contains the details of the rates (Menu Master) of various menu items during various periods of the year. The Second sheet contains the details of the billing of various items during the year. Now, i would like to cross check whether the master rates tally with that of the billing and I need to check this entire thing in a single vlookup using If condition.

Please provide me with some solution to this fix ASAP.
