Dear Sir,

Please let me know how to check whether accounting entry passed in system is right.

If in accounting book M.R CONTAINER SERVICES and In bank Statement MR CONTAINER SERVICES then its right….because Name is matching in both side that is MR Container Services (Space DOT need not to consider).

If in accounting book PR CONTAINER SERVICES and in Bank Statement PR CONTAINER then it’s wrong..Because Word Services is missing in Bank Statement.

If in accounting book P R CONTAINER SERVICES and in Bank Statement P.R CONTAINER Services then it’s right because its matching with accounting book and bank statement.

Reply #7 seems to be different case or variation ...
Clear rules are clear rules ...
Otherwise it would take too many guesses.
