vConSetup function

Sounds like the name of a custom, User defined function (UDF). In which case, you'd need to look in the Visual Basic Editor (VBE) by pressing Alt+F11 and see what functions have been added. These function could exist in your Personal workbook, an add-in, or in a module attached to a workbook.
