VBA Menu Missing

Menu was there last week, now missing? Have tried Right clicking on the grey areas marked A, B, C to affect. Using 365 from Mac.

I would appreciate any direction that could be provide, as with my limited knowledge frustrating though accept it may be something stupid I am no doing.

I think is called Menu Bar... Thank you for responding

I cannot remember that Microsoft Visual Basic has own MenuBar ...
You can see from Excel -menubar's View ... what can see with it.
