Vba macro for follow up email

Hello all,

I am looking for a method/macro for a follow up email. Like email thread. So whats the suggestion to store previous emails and how to retrieve. The Uniqueness will be the ID in the body of email.

I have to identify emails from a common mail box and send follow up.please help.
 
Could someone help me with my above query or at least let me know the possibility. waiting for response.
Also, How do I do nested button. Like click one button which gives list of sub options to choose and then run macro in accordance to the selection
