VBA Help - reallocation of work for verification

Hello experts !!

Column A Consist of trade ID, Column B the person who is worked on those trade,
Now my task is reshuffle the work for verification ,

I have unique values in column E, to be pasted in Column C 3 times,
In such a way that - infront of singhams name Singham name doesn't come and so on,

attached is a file, plz assist looking VBA code for it. Thanks in Advance !!
