If you really mean you want to record a macro, then I don't know what you mean by "from another Excel sheet". You just select the Record-macro option from the Developer option on your ribbon, do what you want to do in Excel, then go back to the Developer option and stop recording. At that point you can find the recorded program in a module in the VBE (the Visual Basic Editor). "From another worksheet" doesn't mean anything to me if that's your question.
