Hi
im new at using Macros
i would like to know i have a data base for monthly orders which has the below columns
DateStateChannelPriceCategoryUnitsNet


i have made macro to extract this data monthly from a file and paste it in a master file by every month end( 31st of every month)
how do i ensure that there is no duplicates entered - to ensure that each month is pasted only one time.

Hi natseq, and welcome to the forum! :awesome:

Could do this manually, or record a macro and run, but try going to Data - Remove Duplicates. This will automatically remove lines where all column(s) are identical.
