VBA: Connect excel VBA to Oracle without any JDBC or ODBC

Hello There,

I have installed Oracle XE database and would like to connect excel VBA (Select, insert & update rows) using excel VBA without any JDBC or ODBC connection or any oracle client installation. Some time long back this was achieved but I do not remember where I could find the source.

I don't want to install Oracle client in every workstation. Could you please advice as to how can this be achieved?
