VBA Complex Find and Sort problem

Any Help would be appreciated with the attached file.
I am attempting to Find values on one sheet, then sort those values onto another sheet, but struggling with what seems a relatively simple problem.

I have a Sheet called PBS with various named Systems with Assemblies and Hardware Components with UPC and Development costing data, I want to sort that data onto PBS Sorted, but only take the 1st Name values for level5, then take the UPC and Development Min, ML and Max values.
