VBA code where User can insert the data in cell but can not update the same

Comes through a problem where user has been provided attendance sheet for whole month of all employee of their . but they manipulate the data already entered for starting of the month later on.with protected sheet where they only have the right to insert in blank cell and cannot update the data already entered. moderator pls edit if required.
