VBA code to Umerge Horizontal Data --> Transpose to Vertical & a RESET Button

Hi Team,

Is there a way for a I will insert data in sheet and run VBA code to umerge horizontal data then transpose it to vertical data and refresh pivot.

Once data is collected then I would also like to have a Macro for RESET which will reset my VBA code.
