Vba code to compare and highlight the changes in 2 sheets

Hi Experts

Please let me know of this is possible or not. I have to compare my old and new data in a workbook and if there is a difference then any cell then the entire row should get highlighted in the new and old data as well.

Say if there is a change in new data than the color should change in both to red. In case of new entry in the new data sheet than it should turn to blue.

Are u comparing on row basis else how excel/vba will recognized that unmatched data is new or mismatched.

Is it possible to check the difference with excel formula. I mean the differences should be highlighted with conditional formatting..
