VBA code needed for figuring out outlet increase!

Hello,

On G33, H33 and I33 I need to find the new outlets created by the sales personnel. The spreadsheet is created on a month basis. Please have a look at the attached spreadsheet for the detail structure of the sheet and the requirement.

Probably I am getting it wrong by looking at the memo columns rather than looking at outlet names. As the outlets created on February were not there in January. I tried thinking about it but really got confused.

Please help me out with this problem.

There is an error. Please check the attached file.

Please have a look at I30.

Here the outlet was already reached on January. But on April it shows there is 1 outlet increased (Cell I33). I33 should be 0.

Please help me with this.
