VBA Code for move data into the same multiple files

hi,

i have 30 WB in one folder, for 30 WB - sheet1 A40 contains the data.
i need to move the data from A40 to A1, but without opening the files.

... so when someone would see those moves?
And 'this' move means really move - not only copy?
For me, much easier to do with opening or while opening.

1) Move =
information from cell moves to other cell. The 1st cell will be empty after that!
2) If without opening to do something ... why need to do those?
3) As I wrote with smaller text: For me, much easier to do with opening or while opening.
