i have Stuck into Serious problem
i have Tow Work sheet in my excel file called "Sheet1" & "Sheet2"
In "Sheet1" cells highlight with different color of the same particular Teachers, teaching in different classes in different periods, like Yellow color is showing "Sir William" is teaching Math in class (10th - East), and so on.
In "Sheet2" IF i enter Name of any particular Teacher it past (subject, name of that teacher & Class) in there receptive ROW horizontally periods-wise and if there is any conflicting cells in "Sheet1" it shows "conflicting Entry"
I have uploaded excel copy so that i can make my problem clearly understandable
Facing Problems:

The problem i am facing, Sometimes what happens is if there is a shortage of teachers in our school we merge some couple of teachers in same class OR same period
like u can see In (Sheet1) "Column H9 & H13"
" Sir James" teaching two classes at a same time and "Mis Jessica" teaching 2/3 classes at same time in different periods....and soon....

Sheet1:
1. What i want Is it possible that these all (conflicting) cell also adjust in there respective row in same Respective cell, this will help me to track which teachers are teaching 2/3 classes at same time
see the images the way i want to adjust conflicting cell in same respective cell from "sheet1"
Sheet2:
2. If by mistake someone put Two or three.. teachers in same column in different classes in "Sheet1" than any warring message or any other thing (message "Conflicting Entry" or cell get "Highlighted") on "Sheet1" or any suggested idea will be great help.
3. when i copy the formula across and down on blank cells to create the tables the cell get fill with "Conflicting Entry". Is it possible blank cells remain blank
