Hi, jsk_lge!
If you want to try a self service method, in any empty cell write:
=VALUE(
and then press the "f(x)" ("fx") button just at the left of the formula edit bar, this will lead you to the built-in (or to the online version, regarding your Office configuration) help provided by Microsoft.
This is valid for any function, not just VALUE. And if you don't know which functions are available, then only write:
=
and repeat the above procedure, this will display a wizard from which you can select any function.
