#VALUE! error Help

Hello,
I am using simple sumifs function and I am getting #VALUE! error.

I have 3 sheets. I have all my data in data sheet. In W2 sheet I have a W2 form and in one cell I am getting the #VALUE! error.
Also in the report sheet I am getting the same #VALUE! error.

As written in SUMIFS-syntax:
in SUMIFS each criteria_range must be the same size and shape as sum_range.
eg =SUMIFS(data!Q:Q;data!F:F;H4)
