I am confused by your title and your one line description of your problem.
There is nothing in your file other than a table.
When you do a lookup , there are 4 aspects you need to explain :
1. Where is the value you wish to lookup
2. What is the data range over which the lookup is to be done
3. What value is to be returned
4. Is it to be an exact match or an approximate match
You have explained points 1 and 2 ; points 3 and 4 need to be detailed.
