Using same tables as Day-1 and Day-7

Hello All,
Can anybody suggest how do I configure below requirement in Power BI.

Examples:
Data Received Date: 24NOV
Data is upadted in tables ...
I want this same data to be used next day as Day-1
i.e. on 25NOV, I will receive a latest set of data and this data needs to be compared with the previous day data i.e. 24NOV
Same for Day-7.
On 1DEC I want to compare same data received on 24NOV with 1DEC latest data.
