Using Rank formula to find top ten largest values

Hi,

I'm trying to find the top ten largest values in a list. Currently, the formula in place retrieves the top ten items in order of lowest value. How do I modify the formula to retrieve the top ten largest numerical values in order (top item - largest value down to item with the lowest value)?? Thank you.
