Userform - data entry

Hi..

I have design userform same is in attached file. I have lots of images and i want make data entry form that user watch on image and enter data on userform and save form then data saved in excelsheet. I want macro code that iamge name display in text box, current date & time & system name(if possible) and Image shown on form.

1) We can easily zoom in & zoom out image same as picture viewer.
2) if we clisk on save button then next image displayed ..same as loop.

we can easily edit previous / Next records.
