User name and password for Excel workbook.

Dear Sir,

I wanted to create user name and password for my excel file where each Individual will login with his own name and password.

Also will give the name of person who has entered that specific data. Eg : (Cell M5 ) is edited by ABC user.

There are already usernames and passwords
for every user then they're using Excel-files
=> no need to create anything new (to forget)!
also
If You would share that file (and set Excel to track changes),
then it would also save 'who has entered that specific data'.
or
add some code, which would do something like Sharing.
