Use of Option Button in excel

Hi All,


I want to create one Dashboard in excel for employee visa tracking.


Requirement:- I have raw data in sheet 1(Summary sheet) which contains all user info like his visa type, validity, expiry date, employee name etc.


Since in our company more than 200 employees are at onsite so its difficult to track their visa expiry date.


I have three conditions by which it is easy to track.

1) visa expired after 15 days

2) visa expired after 1 month

3) visa expired after 3 months.


So in Sheet 2 I have use 3 Option button(Activex control). So when person click on 1st condition(visa expired after 15 days) then it should display all employees details whose visa will expired in 15days in sheet 1 and if he clicked on second option then it will show details of all employees whose visa will expired in 1 month and so on.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you upload your workbook ? If the data is confidential , you can remove all data except the visa expiry dates.
