Upload & Retrieve image in Excel

I want to create a small database for classroom in which there will be Fields like Roll No., Student's Name, Father's Name, Sex, DoB, Address & IMAGE.
While inserting data in the database I would like to have an upload image box, which will help to upload an image by browsing the PC & show the caption or file name of the image in the next adjacent cell.

All these details can also be retrieved by inserting or selecting Roll No. of the student & Proper Image should be shown over there.

Kind of a FORM.

This might get you part of the way. You'd still have to manually paste images into the file, but this will let you do VLOOKUPs on an image.
