updating table as per Pivot values

HI,


I am looking for a formula , which update my numbers in Final sheet as per date selected in Pivot table.


Example file attached , where our numbers are updating in Final sheet for 2018—Actuals.


As we select 2016-Actuals or any other date, numbers should update in Final sheet as well.


Any help will be really appreciated

Hi ,

What I find is that though you have two slicers named Month and Dept , for every selection of one , there is only one option for the other.

Thus , if you select 2018-Actuals from the Month slicer , the only item in the Dept slicer is Fin.

Conversely , if you select Win from the Dept slicer , the only item in the Month slicer is Forecasts as on 31st Dec 2018.

Because of this I have moved both of them into the Report Filter area.

Thanks Narayan…but I am looking for each individual month number in there field…Like jan , feb , march and so on
