Unlocking xlsb excel sheet without password

Hie everybody,

I have a trouble to unlock sheet in xlsb excel file. College forgot password so I tried macro that I found on internet but it doesnt work. Also, I tried to convert it to zip and than unlock it with a trick that I found on yt but it also doesnt work. If somebody have idea, please help.

depends on what you mean by unclock. do you mean

remove password protection on:
- vba module
- sheet tabs
- workbook
- workbook open

for the first 3 - refer to below link

for the last one where it asks for a password just to open the file. you'll need to use a third party software that uses brute force

How did You try above code?
I tried that twice and
it worked to unprotect activesheet's password!

I was trying to unlock sheet tab but it didn't work. Luckily, I found a password in some macro.

Vletm, I posted macro in vba, in sheet which I wanted to unlock and every time I got the same result, NOT RESPONDING.

Yes, sometimes lucky would be solution.
But You didn't answer: How did You try above code?
= what did You do with that macro
... which worked and unlocked protected sheet?
NOT RESPONDING gives image that ... it would use other ways
