Unique Value in Range with Condition

I have a data wherein..I have the 4 company names with multiple invoices. For 1 invoice i have multiple line items which are differentiated by New / Renewal. So for company A i would have about 10 invoices each of them would have about 4-5 line items which would be either New / Renewal.

Any way to calculate the # of unique invoices for each company for New invoices.

You can try from conditional formatting.

Home>Style>Conditional formatting>Highlight Cell rules > and adjust criteria as per your requirement..
