unique Combinations of cities using VBA or formula

The attached file is having 3 columns of cities. All the cities are same, what is required is the unique combination of all these cities. E.g. one combination is Ahmedabad-Bhopal-Chennai then there shouldn't be any combination like Bhopal-Ahmedabad-Chennai or Chennai-Bhopal-Ahmedabad coz these are same as Ahmedabad-Bhopal-Chennai. Need all the unique combinations of cities in output. Using VBA or without using VBA.
