Unable to make repeat entry for the NEXT VISITING DATE in excel 2010

Hello all. I have a file in which we need to enter details of patients visited on daily basis. After consulting first time, we use to give them the next appointment date within same or next month. For this next appointment date, I am not able to make any macro/formula where if I put a date of next month, on that particular date this entry should reflect and give me reminder to call the patient also before a day to reconfirm. I have attached my file here to have a look on it. Please help me out to make work easier. Thanks. Yankit Khatri

I actually want to make a dashboard for reception with patients visits and next appointment details.
