Unable to Count the Data with formula putting some conditions

Hi Excel Gurus,

I was making a data of which sheet is attached. Sheet 3 contains the raw sheet and BIOCHEM contains the result...

In the BIOCHEM sheet in E & F column I require the
CONDITION 1 DATA COUNT
CONDITION 2 DATA COUNT
and condition 1 & 2 is given...

I am being able to just count the data but not more than that...

Please help.

Hi Faseeh bhai,
I copied your formula and replaced the hard coded criteria with cell ref
=COUNTIFS(Sheet3!$A$2:$A$3359,A2,Sheet3!$B$2:$B$3359,B2)
