Hello

I am asking for your help

Attached a file with my sample and the formula I calculated.

I need to compare between two groups: these who has Y and GC=1 against these who has Y and GD/GE/GF/GG=1

I got an DIV/O and I do not know why

I have no idea what the TTEST function does , but when you try out the following formula :

=TTEST(IF(D3:D16="Y",IF(F3:F16=1,E3:E16,999999999999999),999999999999999),IF(D3:D16="Y",IF((G3:G16+H3:H16+I3:I16+J3:J16)>=1,E3:E16,999999999999999),999999999999999),1,1)

the result is 0.0268456688415911

Does this make sense ?

T test is the value that check if the value is significant compare to the other data. instead of the "9999..." I put -- before the if function and the result is very close
