Trying to get emails from one worksheet table to another

Hey guys. I have two worksheets side by side; one has a column with emails in it, and the other has a column with no emails in it. The names in column A are somewhere in the the other worksheet that has the emails filled out.

So here is what im using to find it, and im getting N/A as the answer.

=VLOOKUP([@NAME],Table1,'all names and emails'!D:D,FALSE)

If anyone knows of a better way to try and get this, please let me know! its killing me and i feel like im skipping a simple step.
