Transpose Multiple cell entries into rows

I am trying to find a way to extract and transpose data, regardless of the number of items to be extracted. word doc attached to explain in more detail. the "original" data is how it looks currently, and the "new" data is how I would like to represent it without having to do it manually for hundreds of items. the goal would be to batch process numerous rows and columns.

I was having difficulty uploading the excel file, so i apologize in advance that it is in word... thank you for any assistance you are able to provide. thank you!

Thank you for the response. I tried searching and was not finding something to handle my case. This is close and hopefully I can play with it a bit to make it work. Thank you again!
