Transferring the values of column table from one sheet to new sheet

With what formula can I transfer column F and column H to another sheet
That is, iI want red cell(sum) dont be added in the new sheet and only yellow and purple cells to be added below each other
IF new data is entered in 2403, it will be automatically added to the new sheet
to better understand what I mean, look at the SHEET that name is (new sheet)
I want to create a new sheet form sheet 2403
