Transcribe values to another sheet if values

I hope the title was not too vague. XD

I have 2 sheets (Merch Request List, Brandon's Sheet). Twice a month, I place a supply order, and the manager fills out their 'Merch Request List'. I need a bit more info other than the item they need (Item Name, SKU, Price, UOM, Vendor, Website). Of course, they don't want to see all of that, and I don't want to have to deal w/ hiding columns. There are 4 columns on their sheet (item, qty, item, qty) with pre-defined items. Once they change the qty of what they need, I would like for the item to fill into the next available blank space, along w/ the qty, and continue all the way through the list.

TLDR; 2 sheets, A & B. When info is put into 'B', I want it to go onto 'A' in the next available line. I've attached the sheet for reference. :)

Not asking for you to fill in the blanks, just guidance to what I need to do to achieve the result I need.
