What is the best template to use in Excel for tracking available offices while staff are OOO?

what do you mean by "available offices" while staff are out of office??

I have 56 offices to keep track of that need to be identified when someone is on vacation, etc. so that it can be used for visitors

Deb this site might be worth checking out as it has a focus on Excel & Outlook working together and automating possibilities which might be what you want. But then again maybe you want something dead simple and intend to just fill it in yourself manually, it's hard to tell. If this is the case you would be better off just creating the sheet yourself as you know what you want maybe adding in validation and conditional formatting features to help you know when people should be back or not.
