Tracking Payments Date wise - Help

Hello everyone,
Can someone please help me on this.... I have uploaded one file. Actually We receive payments on monthly, quarterly, & annually basis. Every time I have to deep down & see the dates to know that which payment has to come next, for that I have to check every single line of file.
Is there a way that I could see it in one go, like that particular cell should reflect seperately. Please advice. I know this is possible but not getting how to do it.

Hi Rahul,
Actually what I am looking for is, we need to send invoice to clients on their project basis like monthly quarterly yearly..or for any particular different different dates to every client. For that I daily have to see the dates in whole 1000s of rows.
Thats why I need one solution that in Left column suppose column A should show the project name only and in rest of the columns if we can put the week 1, week 2....and when we scroll rite so in every cell there should be something to highlight & I could catch in one go that this cell is highlighted it means its payment has to come.
