I’m developing a system to help track payments to contractors for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project using Excel VBA. The goal is to create a tool that helps the procurer monitor monthly payments based on work progress, contract terms, and any deductions for non-compliance or penalties. How can I use VBA to automate the calculation of monthly payment amounts, generate payment schedules, and track any variations or adjustments to the original contract terms? Also, how can I build a report that consolidates this information, providing a clear view of payment statuses and outstanding balances? Any guidance or examples of similar VBA projects would be greatly appreciated!
