Totals chart with two secondary axis.

Good day all


I have been asked (told) to make a stacked column chart with Year+Month+Totals and the charts will have two Average axis, I am not much of a chart user and after many many attempts and many many failures I am totally lost in how to do this. Any help and guidance will be appreciated
