Top 2 & Bottom 3 Ranking

Dear Team

Kindly refer attached file,

I need formula for which ASM/TSM Top 2 & Bottom 3 Ranking in the column J & K respectively,
already I tried with below mentioned formula

=INDEX($A$3:$A$6,RANK(F3,$F$3:$F$6,1)+COUNTIF($F3:F3,F3)-1)
=INDEX($A$3:$A$6,RANK(G3,$G$3:$G$6,1)+COUNTIF($G$3:G3,G3)-1)

I need help to fulfill the requirement.

Hi Basavaraj -


In J3 use - INDEX($A$3:$A$6,MATCH(LARGE($F$3:$F$6,ROWS($A$1:$A1)),$F$3:$F$6,0))

In K3 use - INDEX($A$3:$A$6,MATCH(SMALL($F$3:$F$6,ROWS($A$1:$A1)),$F$3:$F$6,0))

Use the same concept and change the range accordingly...

but, the same will repeat Bottom 2nd for Basavaraj M & 3rd also Basavaraj M in Cell K13, so Kindly check.
